With a large number of Sage Business Partners now being faced with “relegation” to the lower tiers in the Sage Evolve programme there is an even greater threat to their on-going success than under the previous partnership arrangements. This is particularly applicable in areas where there is heavy competition from the “Key Strategic Partners” .

Pentyme believes this could lead to many of the smaller partners forming alliances with one another in the hope that they can compete more favourably with the larger organisations.

So strong is this belief that Pentyme itself has already formed alliances with Pulse Computing based in Christchurch, and also with a small privately run business owned by Paul Sanders and based in Newbury.

Pulse Computing (www.pulsecomputing.co.uk) has been a Sage 200 Business partner for many years and its owner, Gary Mooney, is a fully accredited Sage 200 consultant currently provides support to 15 Sage 200 clients. Paul Sanders was formerly MD of a Sage 100 dealership in Oxford (MGroup Computer Solutions) and since 2004 has been involved in 38 different Sage 200 & MMS implementations.

The skills and experience of Paul and Gary are now available to Pentyme Solutions and the combined business operations provide support for 25 Sage 200 clients.
